Job Title:
Early Childhood Educator and Teacher
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education and care principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with staff absences across multiple services
* Develop and implement engaging educational programs for children aged 8 weeks through to kindergarten age
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (working toward Cert III may be considered)
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
* Some experience working with children and families
* Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with all staff
