About the role
Link Legal and Conveyancing is a boutique law firm located in Noraville on the Central Coast. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team full-time. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and administrative support to our team.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
3. Managing the flow of correspondence, including receiving, sorting and distributing emails, mail and deliveries
4. Scheduling appointments and managing the firm's calendar
5. Providing general administrative support, such as photocopying, filing and data entry
6. Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
7. Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
4. Proficient in using various office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn our legal software LEAP
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
