About the Role
The Digital Account Coordinator will assist in the management and optimisation of Google and Meta advertising campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for day-to-day campaign adjustments, monthly reporting and communication with both clients and internal team members.
You will work closely with our Director of Performance, will receive peer-to-peer learning, and be expected to take initiative and continue learning through online resources, particularly during your first few months.
This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work and someone who can upskill quickly with the right attitude and initiative.
This part-time position requires a commitment of ***** hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Everyday Tasks
Optimize Google and Meta ad accounts by reviewing performance and making improvements
Keyword research, demand research, market analysis
New client account set-up, including ad account, campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, and ads
Action client requests, including updating campaigns for sale periods, adjusting spend levels and refining ad copy
Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 clients to ensure campaigns are performing well and achieving KPIs
Attend client and supplier meetings as required and participate in internal WIP meetings
Complete ad hoc account management and on-platform admin tasks as required
Conduct ad account spend reconciliation
Check / confirm bookings with media partners
Prepare monthly optimisation summaries outlining key tasks completed and performance insights
About You
Must Have
A positive and can-do attitude
Ability to juggle multiple projects comfortably
Able to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines and high client expectations
Experience with Google Sheets, Google Drive and Gmail
Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience (required)
Helpful if you have experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
Must be based in Australia
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Beneficial (Not Essential)
At least 2 years of experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Training will be provided for the right person.
