Job Description
* Be the welcoming face of the clinic, creating a positive first impression
* Manage appointment bookings and maintain an efficient schedule
* Answer calls and assist patients with enquiries and requests
* Deliver outstanding patient care and support
* Assist patients with appointments, correspondence, finances, and reporting
* Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
* Provide admin support to clinicians and senior team members
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is required
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
