What You'll Do
* Be the warm, welcoming face of our practice
* Support the Chiropractor to deliver an exceptional client experience
* Manage bookings, answer phones, and handle emails and messages
* Handle payments, financial agreements, and general office operations
* Keep things running calmly and professionally in a busy environment
* Engage with our community and help educate practice members on their care
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in reception or admin
* A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine love for helping people
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable communicating on the phone, in person, and online
* A calm multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
* A shared passion for health, wellness, and creating a supportive community

* Casual role with approx. 20 hours per week
