About the Role
We're now on the lookout for a passionate and experienced leader to step into the role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. In this key role, you'll collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service delivered with consistent quality and care.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency
* Lead, mentor, and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, training, and strong performance
* Monitor financial performance by tracking revenue, controlling costs, and managing budgets to maximize profitability while minimizing waste
* Collaborate with the Culinary team to optimize menu pricing, promotions, and offerings that reflect guest preferences and market trends
* Partner with Sales & Marketing and Conference & Event teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Food and Beverage management, with a strong track record of leadership in a hotel restaurant environment.
* A genuine passion for service excellence
* In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
* Expertise in wine varietals, cocktails, craft beers, and spirits, with a refined palate and an eye for quality.
* Strong awareness of current industry trends and the ability to adapt to emerging food and beverage innovations.
