The Role
You will run the store as your own — leading the team, driving results, and creating a warm, trusted styling destination for our customers.
You are not just managing a roster and stock — you are building a loyal community around the store.

Your Experience
* Proven retail management experience
* Strong understanding of sales, margins, and store performance
* Experience managing rosters, wages, and KPIs
* Skilled in team leadership and coaching
* Confident in visual merchandising and styling
* Comfortable making decisions independently
* Track record of improving store results

SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL

* Experience as a store manager or 2IC
* Ability to work independently and lead a team

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
