Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people?
Are you creative, enthusiastic, and organised?
If so, we'd love to hear from you
We are currently seeking a Leisure & Activities Officer (Lifestyle Assistant) to join our team – someone who not only loves engaging with residents but also has the ability and confidence to step up and coordinate activities when needed.
This role is more than just running programs.
It's about bringing joy, meaning, and connection into the daily lives of our residents.
From planning and leading group activities, supporting one-on-one engagement, helping with special events, and introducing new ideas, you'll play a big part in shaping our Lifestyle program.
We're especially looking for someone who can take initiative, think creatively, and provide leadership support – whether that's organising the monthly calendar, liaising with families and volunteers, or helping to guide the Lifestyle team in delivering high-quality activities.
What we're looking for
A warm, compassionate, and engaging personality.
Creativity and enthusiasm to design and deliver meaningful programs.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Flexibility to step into a coordinating role when required.
A genuine passion for enriching the lives of older people.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in aged care lifestyle services while making a real difference every day.
