The Role:
End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing using Chris21 & Kronos
Manage new starters, terminations & employee maintenance
Monitor & action payroll inbox queries
Interpret multiple Awards & EBAs
Calculate super, tax, LSL, redundancy & termination payments
Identify improvement opportunities across payroll processes
Support project work with the Payroll Manager where needed
About You:
Chris21 / iChris experience is essential
Strong end-to-end payroll processing background
UKG & NFP experience welcomed
Confident with Award & EBA interpretation
Strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills
Team-focused with a positive, proactive work ethic
