Aussie IT Services is looking for friendly, reliable, and patient team members to join our growing business in a dual role position combining retail computer shop work and support for NDIS participants. This is a 12 month contract position offering flexible hours across a 7 day roster, ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the NDIS and customer service sector, Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional customer service in our computer shop
Assist NDIS participants during activities such as: High spec PC gaming Nintendo gaming
Customer service role play games Support participants to practise basic customer service and workplace skills Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
Work collaboratively with other staff members About You
No previous experience required full training provided Warm, patient, and approachable personality Enjoys working with people and engaging in interactive activities
Reliable, respectful, and professional Comfortable working with computers and gaming systems (no expert knowledge required)
