Property Management Associate – Raine & Horne Noosa Hinterland
Kickstart your career in property management with real hands-on experience, structured training, and a clear pathway to becoming a Property Manager.
Raine & Horne Noosa Hinterland is looking for a Property Management Associate to join our close-knit, down-to-earth team — where you’ll be supported, challenged, and genuinely given the opportunity to grow.
This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get involved, and build a long-term career in real estate. You won’t be stuck behind a desk all day — you’ll be out in the field, learning the ropes, and gaining real experience across all aspects of property management.
Working alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day management of the portfolio, while being guided with a clear pathway to step into a Property Manager role as your confidence and capability grow.
This is more than just a job — it’s a genuine career opportunity within a business that values people, not just numbers.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same in this varied and fast-paced role. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting property inspections, including leasing, routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
* Supporting the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio tasks
* Liaising with tenants and landlords, ensuring clear and professional communication
* Assisting with maintenance coordination and tenancy matters
* Managing tenant enquiries and following up on outstanding items
* Coordinating tenancy processes, including entries, exits, and lease follow-through
* Working alongside our administration support team, who assist with documentation and processing tasks
* Contributing to a high standard of service and client experience
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and a genuine interest in building a career in property management. You’ll bring:
* A positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with tenants, landlords, and contractors
* Confidence using technology and modern systems
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to assess situations and work towards practical solutions
* The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* A valid driver’s licence
* A current Certificate of Registration, or the ability to obtain one quickly
* A sense of humour — because no two days are the same, and sometimes you just have to laugh along the way
Why Join Raine & Horne Noosa Hinterland
* Be part of a boutique agency where your contribution is genuinely valued
* Work closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager and receive hands-on mentoring, training, and coaching
* Be supported by a strong administration structure, allowing you to focus on developing your property management skills rather than being tied up in heavy admin tasks
* Clear pathway to progress from Associate to Property Manager
* Ongoing training, support, and professional development
* Use of a company car during work hours
* Company phone provided
* Work in a structured, supportive team environment where you won’t be thrown in the deep end
If you’re looking for a role where you can learn, develop, and build a meaningful career in property management — and be part of a team that actually enjoys what they do — we’d love to hear from you.
