Management Accountant Delta is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team at Vales Point Power Station. This role provides end‑to‑end financial support to site operations, delivering accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and insightful analysis.
About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing accurate monthly accounts, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, managing financial aspects of contracts, and maintaining asset registers.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely with operational teams at site.
About You
You'll bring strong accounting knowledge, commercial acumen, and a passion for developing people. Ideally, you will also have:
* Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or similar (CA/CPA desirable)
* 5 - 8 years of experience in management accounting, reporting and reconciliations
* Confident preparing budgets, forecasts and commercial analysis
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Planning Analytics or Ellipse is highly regarded
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
