About Your Role
We're looking for friendly, dependable Community Domestic Workers to deliver in-home support services such as cleaning, social support and transport. You'll work independently in the community, helping older people remain safe, comfortable and connected in their own homes.
* Perform household tasks – vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry and light meal preparation
* Provide companionship and social engagement
* Transport clients to appointments or outings (when required)
* Follow care plans and support clients' individual goals
* Observe and report changes in clients' health or wellbeing
* Participate in training, meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
* Minimum availability of 3 days per week
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates
* Full Australian driver's licence
* Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
* Access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs
Desirable
* Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
