Job Description We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Lead to help grow our Home Care services across Melbourne. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the Home Care, aged care or community support environment and is passionate about helping older Australians remain living independently in their own homes. You will work closely with our State and Marketing teams to build referral networks, engage with prospective clients and families, and promote HCA’s in-home support services across the region. About you! To succeed in this role, you will bring strong sales experience, business development, or client engagement within Home Care, aged care, disability, community services or a related healthcare setting. You’ll be confident building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting enquiries into active clients. About the Role: Talking with potential clients, families, and referrers about our Home Care services Following up on enquiries and helping guide people through the sign-up process Building a pipeline of future clients and spotting opportunities to grow our reach Attending community events to promote our services (and helping plan them too!) You may have some experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, aged care, or community work, and you’re a confident communicator who enjoys networking and building relationships. Motivated and organised, you’re someone who follows up and gets things done, while also being comfortable using systems and maintaining accurate records in our CRM. Most importantly, you bring a willingness to learn about Home Care if you’re new to the sector.
