Role Overview
This is a full-time role for an Account Manager to support our growing client service team. The Account Manager is responsible for all marketing elements of the client's business, including strategy, media planning and buying, project and creative account management, optimisation, and reporting.
We are a flexible workplace and work on a 5-day fortnightly rotation in the office. WFH days are always a Monday and Friday, easing you into the week or the weekend and allowing for plenty of deep work time.
We are seeking a motivated individual with 3-5 years of media agency experience. Equality is a business that is growing, but we grow carefully. We add this point in because we look after our people and don't grow at the sacrifice of our team's wellbeing. On top of this, we are a small business that wants you to stay for as long as you would like, so we create roles across our business to support your growth with ours.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of client campaigns, including media planning, buying, implementation and optimisation. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and exceptional client service
- Utilise data analytics tools to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Prepare fortnightly and reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact within the organisation. Understand client objectives and business goals to drive campaigns and initiatives that align with their needs effectively
- Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and revenue expansion. Present innovative digital solutions and upsell additional services (creative etc.) to drive business growth

Experience, Qualification + Skills
- 3-5 years media agency experience
- Planning and buying both offline and digital media channels
- Understanding of key media metrics and reporting KPIs and ability to intelligently apply data insights to campaign reporting
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- High attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve
