Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Coordinator to support our business operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, performing general data entry in Excel and other computer systems, maintaining company records, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records
* Process payments, invoices, and receipts in a timely manner
* Provide support to the sales team during peak periods
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
* Perform data analysis and reporting as required
Requirements:
* Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Manual driver's license
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Computer literacy and typing skills
