We are seeking confident professional sales consultants to join our Customer Care Team at our Burleigh Heads office. This is an in-office only position.

Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, manage and embrace every sales opportunity with enthusiasm
- Provide an outstanding customer experience that is tailored to our individual customer's needs
- Manage inbound and external calls with a professional and courteous manner
- Manage internal and external SMS and Email interactions promptly and accurately
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Gain a wide range of knowledge and familiarity around Oracle NetSuite (CRM) and 8x8 Phone systems
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Management of customer records in NetSuite
- Complete understanding of our product range to help our customers make the best choices
- Participation in initial and ongoing product, sales & service training
What we are looking for
- Commitment to excellence, and providing value to customers through knowledge AND expertise
- Experience and demonstrated success in Business Development / phone sales / product consulting, and working to achieve KPI's and sales targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, and consistent display of best practice in daily activities and behaviours
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional phone manner
- Self-accountability
- A strong work ethic with effective time management skills
- Have a sound level of knowledge in Microsoft Skills
- Have a sound level of knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
- Have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage, but not necessary
- Have experience with 8x8 phone system is an advantage, but not necessary
- Has the right to work in Australia
- Seeking an individual with flexible availability and openness to various hours from Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
- Specifically, we require someone capable of working from shifts between 10am and 7pm, and some Saturdays 8 AM- 4 PM
- Experience in the water filtration industry is advantageous, but not necessary
