Your New Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth in the Commercial, Retail, Residential, and Industrial sectors in WA. You will play a key role in building and leading a new sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing B2B and B2C sales team.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth, customer retention, and excellent service.
Manage and grow key accounts with a customer-first approach.
Foster a results-driven, creative, and problem-solving sales culture.
Provide regular updates to the National Sales Manager on sales and team performance.
Oversee complex negotiations and deliver measurable sales outcomes.
Support ad hoc sales and operational tasks as requested by the National Sales Manager.
About You
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales management. Success in business development, sales management experience, and technical knowledge of sectional and roller doors are essential.
Skills and Experience Required:
Technical knowledge of sectional and roller doors is a MUST!
Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proven success in generating new business and cultivating a high-performance team culture.
Willingness to travel across Perth to develop new markets.
Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans.
The Perks:
Base salary of $110,000 - $130,000 (flexible depending on experience) + super + commissions.
Fully maintained company vehicle with a fuel card.
