Support Participant Employment Goals
Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to support participants in achieving their employment aspirations. As an Employment Pathways Mentor, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities, the ageing, and those experiencing disadvantage.
This role involves working closely with participants to identify and build upon their strengths, develop skills, and create personalised employment plans tailored to their needs and goals. You will also provide administrative support and connect participants with relevant resources and services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be empathetic and understanding, and have a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives. Essential qualifications include current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Orientation Module certificate, and Working with Children Check.
