Longwood Thoroughbred Farm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to fulfil the role of Stablehand. The successful applicant will be engaged on a part time or casual basis (dependent on applicants availability) and due to our continued growth, there does exist the potential for more permanent employment if desired.
What we're looking for:
* Prior experience working with Thoroughbreds in a farm/stud environment
* Prior experience working with Broodmares, Foals and Racehorse spellers
* Experience providing support to farriers and vets
* Ability to work autonomously
* Keen attention to detail
* Manual drivers license, experience towing a float
