Your Role
This is a senior leadership chance for someone ready to step up and influence outcomes. You'll lead client work, guide junior accountants, and collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading preparation and review of Financial Statements and Tax Returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
* Overseeing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG compliance
* Driving staff training and fostering a culture of continuous learning
* Providing tax planning and advisory services alongside Partners
* Building solid client relationships and delivering exceptional service
* Contributing to firm-wide leadership initiatives and growth projects
What You Bring
* 4+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
* Chartered Accountant qualification (or near completion)
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
* Robust leadership potential and a long‐term vision for partnership
* Excellent communication, organisational skills, and client‐first mindset
* Expertise in practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks – or a strong aptitude for learning new systems
