My client is a well established accounting firm based in the southern region of the Gold Coast. This firm has been in operation for many years. The culture of the firm is friendly, relaxed and no office politics.
POSITION
Due to growth and succession planning, the position of Senior Manager has been created.
This role will involve:
* Managing and mentoring a team of 10
* Working closely with the Managing Partner to grow the firm and the day to day operations
* Working on high level advisory projects and complex tax compliance matters
* Identifying advisory projects within the current client base
* Nurturing current client relationships
CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
* CA/CPA
* Public Practice Certificate/Tax Agent's License (or eligible to obtain)
* 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
* A genuine interest in progressing to equity partnership (non negotiable)
* Ability to manage client relationships
* Experience with new business development
* Experience with advisory
* Solid tax knowledge
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
