About the role:
Are you a people person with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting a dynamic team? Manteena Group is seeking a friendly, proactive Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Fyshwick Head Office and a key contributor to our daily operations.
We’re looking to fill this role through a job share arrangement with two part-time employees, but we’re also open to considering a full-time candidate if we’re unable to meet our needs with part-time coverage.
Our core business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and we’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who can work collaboratively to ensure full coverage during these times.

Key Responsibilities of the role
This is an on-site position supporting a medium-sized team. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting walk in guests and answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Providing general office support including filing, photocopying, mail handling, and other tasks.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and consumables
- Assisting our corporate team with various administrative tasks including meeting scheduling
- Helping to organise staff social events and contributing to a positive team culture
- Assisting in maintaining a tidy and well-organised reception and common office areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is personable, confident, well-organised, and motivated to thrive in a collaborative team setting. Ideally, you will bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management skills with the ability to cope with multiple competing priorities
- A positive and proactive attitude with willingness to learn and follow office procedures
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- A team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to support others
Mandatory for the role
- You must have rights to work in Australia to apply for this position
- The Successful candidate will be required to hold a current drivers license with own vehicle
