You will be accountable for the revenue and profitability of the team whilst continuing to work with key clients and drive new business development to provide high quality service.
The role will also be accountable for team management, performance and development.Team ManagementAccountable for the overall team delivery of your targetAccountable for team management such as performance reviews, succession planning and recruitmentCoach, mentor and develop team members to enable staff to achieve optimum productivityEnsuring database is updated and maintained by you and the team to ensure accurate and up to date details of both clients and candidates in adherence with quality systemsDevelop & execute the sales strategy in line with the overall Manpower business development strategyDevelop existing business and maintain key client relationshipsGenerate new business by undertaking business development activities such as client meetings, business development calls, support in the preparation of new client proposals / pricing and implementation of new business winsFinancials and ReportingMonitor cost centre expenses - internal team and client relatedReport on Revenue, Pipelines and Forecasting in line with budget expectationsCandidate ManagementManagement of the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to, posting of job advertisements, screening suitable candidates, interviewing, administering assessments and reference checkingEnsure all candidates are compliant before they are allocated to an assignmentDevelopment of specialised talent pools ensuring Manpower has talent available for future job ordersOnsite management of associates in relation to HSEQ and general candidate care activitiesEnsure relevant candidate care practices are followed by your direct consultant teamMonitor candidate performance issues and support your direct team in the resolution of such issuesClient ManagementProvide escalation support to all key clientsAccountable for the complete recruitment process with clients including qualifying job specifications (mostly permanent vacancies), salary information, recording accurate and comprehensive job descriptions and reverse marketingEnsure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to the client's expectationEnsure contractual obligations and SLAs are met and reporting requirements are provided within relevant timeframesDevelopment and maintenance of client account management plansYour backgroundCurrently in a leadership role within a recruitment agencyPrevious HSE recruitment experience is highly desirable but not essentialDemonstrated experience managing sales and service teamsAbility to identify, engage, quote and support new client targetsSales and client relationship management experiencePersuasion and influencing skills and relationship building skillsHigh level of commercial acumenPossess specialty industry knowledge & expertise including Award and Market knowledgeWe value people and the role work plays in their lives.
