What You'll Be Doing
As one of our founding Sales Associates, you are the heart and soul of the shop floor. You're not just selling gear; you're sharing the Ringers Western story with every customer who walks in. You will:
* Be the friendly, welcoming face of our brand, providing top-notch service.
* Become a product expert and help customers find the perfect gear.
* Help create an engaging, high-energy store environment.
* Keep the store looking sharp, from merchandising to managing the stockroom.
What We're Looking For
We can teach you the ropes, but we can't teach passion. We're looking for people who bring the right attitude and a love for the brand. We need someone with:

* You're as comfortable making friends as you are around a campfire: You're a natural people-person who loves to have a chat and make customers feel welcome.

* Flexible availability: You're able to help us cover weekends, late-night trade, and our busiest periods.
