We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Maintenance Technician.
* The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring site safety and completing required property maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis.
* Prioritize and process work orders, addressing urgent and routine maintenance needs efficiently.
Maintenance duties must comply with OSHA regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
* Support Community Managers in meeting and exceeding property management obligations.
* Ensure properties are compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
* Daily inspections of property grounds to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
* Alert supervisors of any potential liabilities or repair needs.
Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a properly insured vehicle for business use are required.
