We’re looking for a results-driven professional to join our Perth Sales Team, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing existing client relationships while uncovering new business opportunities to expand our sales capacity. This is your chance to take ownership, drive strategic growth, and be part of a supportive and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong, professional business relationships with key customer decision-makers
* Provide exceptional service, ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met with prompt and courteous support
* Master in-depth product and technical knowledge to offer the best solutions to clients
* Implement tailored sales strategies to position NPE as the preferred supplier in our target market
* Keep a pulse on market intelligence, customer trends, and competitor activity to sharpen your strategy
* Deliver on project timelines, ensuring seamless installations and operational success
* Prepare accurate quotes, manage purchase orders, and oversee financial processes for transparent sales tracking
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide specialist rental services safely, efficiently, and profitably
Skills and Experience:
* 5+ years as a Sales/Business Development Management position preferably in the hire industry.
* A strong existing client base or industry connections (a definite advantage!)
* Expertise in contract management and a solid understanding of pumps, generators, compressors, or similar equipment
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive results
* Proven ability to manage expectations with senior business leaders and key stakeholders while building lasting relationships
* A results-driven, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellence
