Responsibilities
Coordinate injury management and workers compensation processes to ensure compliance and effective return-to-work outcomes.
Develop and implement health monitoring procedures, including organising providers and maintaining accurate records.
Act as the primary liaison with health professionals, insurers, and external injury management providers.
Provide strategic and operational advice on injury management, including reporting trends and recommending improvements.
Deliver training and presentations on workers compensation and injury management during corporate induction sessions.
Qualifications
Certificate IV Human Resource Management, WHS or related discipline or experience deemed equivalent.
Accreditation as a Return to Work Coordinator.
Solid experience in proactive Return to Work Coordination including injury management, claims reviews, premium and claims monitoring and interpreting legislation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels within the business.
Solid skills with computer systems and reporting on data.
Solid demonstrated experience/capacity in providing reliable and professional advice to management.

Knowledge and experience managing complex workers compensation claims.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $88,171 to $102,468.
