Forward Networks is looking for a Customer Care Engineer (Technical Support Engineer) located in Australia. In this role, you will provide world-class post-sales customer support and technical leadership to our client base, prioritizing and resolving technical issues for top customers.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals. Experience with multi-vendor networks and a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent is highly desired.
