Key Details: Join a major NSW client’s Digital Business Systems and Information (BSI) team. Focus on solution analysis, application development, enhancements, deployment, and third-level support. Work across full-stack development, Azure cloud services, and system integration. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyse user requirements and user stories for application improvements. Develop operational specifications, code enhancements, and conduct thorough testing. Ensure solutions are aligned to enterprise architecture and meet business objectives. Prepare solution documentation and business cases, as well as perform cost-benefit analysis. Coordinate data integration with related systems such as ArcGIS, WAS, and Hydstra. Provide post-deployment warranty support and manage third-level incidents and service requests. Collaborate with business units and external vendors to ensure efficient application operation and integration. Maintain alignment with application development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance requirements. Key Skills and Competencies (Mandatory and Desirable): Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. Full-stack web development experience: ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, MUI, Bootstrap. Strong back-end development skills and database expertise ( Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). Experience in Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps. Proficient in ETL pipeline development and spatial data integration (ArcGIS). Strong problem-solving, business analysis, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile environments. Excellent communication skills, with experience working across business and technical teams. Experience in application analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, configuration, and operational support. Desirable experience in: Java, ServiceNow, Power BI, Power Apps, BizTalk, StreamSets, SSIS, SSRS, PL/SQL, HYDSTRA, OSIsoft PI, DHI software, CRM/ERP systems. Knowledge of systems design, SDLC, and ITIL frameworks; certifications in SDLC, PRINCE2, or ITIL are highly regarded. Knowledge of the water industry and WaterNSW business environment (highly regarded). Current NSW Driver’s Licence required.
