We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, has a strong administrative background, and wants to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction of new staff
Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts and policy acknowledgements
Assist in coordinating training and development programs
Help ensure compliance with Fair Work and SCHADS Award guidelines
Provide administrative support to the HR and wider team
Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards)
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
