Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building and strengthening client relationships? IC Integrity is seeking an experienced and passionate Key Account Manager to join our team in Perth, WA.
About the Role:
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will position IC Integrity's solutions to meet client needs, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market growth.
This is a client-facing role that requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and good relationship-building skills to deliver suitable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent and professional client experience.
· Deliver annual sales targets, contributing to IC Integrity's overall growth strategy.
· Develop and execute effective Key Account Management (KAM) plans, including competitor analysis, market insights, cross selling opportunities and account strategies.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipelines and client plans using customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Pipedrive).
· Conduct regular client review meetings, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless service experience.
· Deliver engaging technical presentations and proposals, demonstrating how IC Integrity's solutions meet client needs.
· Collaborate with technical and operation teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
· Represent IC Integrity professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, contributing to the company's visibility and market intelligence.
About You:

· Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools.
Requirements:
· Unlimited working rights within Australia
· Proven track record in Key Account Management or Business Development, and strong familiarity with the entire sales lifecycle.
· Willingness to travel, based on client sites and market territories.
· Experience working with CRM systems and IT tools.
· Demonstrable commitment to company values, HSEQ standards, and continuous learning.
· Degree-level education (preferred, but not essential).
