We're seeking an experienced
Site Supervisor
to lead the delivery of large-scale subdivision and bulk earthworks projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a respected contractor offering long-term stability, autonomy, and a strong pipeline of Work NOR.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
Manage daily operations to meet program, budget, and quality targets
Oversee procurement and maintain accurate site documentation
Ensure compliance with OH&S standards, including toolbox meetings
Monitor progress and report regularly to senior management
Support innovation in work methodologies and site execution
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience supervising
earthworks and subdivision projects
Strong organisational and planning skills
Ability to interpret drawings and construction programmes
Experience in bulk earthworks and underground services
Safety-focused with solid compliance knowledge
Flexible approach – willing to operate plant if required
Excellent communication skills and a valid WA driver's licence
Senior First Aid certification (advantageous)
