Overview
We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to be a part of our Software Sales Team based in Melbourne. The role is focused on building deeper, wider relationships across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Sell the value of One Identity products by building sales strategies, account and opportunity plans for existing customers and potential prospects.
- Achieve the sales strategies by identifying key decision makers and leveraged opportunities.
- Create sales campaigns into large accounts and closely coordinate company executive involvement with customer management.
- Identify and qualify leads and generate new business opportunities contributing to the overall business quota both on an annual and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate and maintain C-level strategic relationships to maximise our brand position with customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years working in Enterprise Accounts and ideally selling Identity Governance Solutions.
- A proven "hunter" successfully working through a complex sale cycle.
- Experience in "value selling" within dynamic environments.
- Proven successful sales achievement in both sales targets and establishing relationships.
- Experience developing opportunities in Enterprise Accounts in Australia and New Zealand.
- Superior negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Sales development and expansion into geographically defined mid-market organisations focused on attainment and over-achievement of assigned quarterly sales targets.
- Ongoing prospecting and lead generation to attain new customer acquisition, and highly effective support and management of existing customers.
- Be continually and consistently generating new pipeline and be self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to nurture, develop, and close numerous opportunities and deals.
- Close alignment and engagement with Distribution Partner and Channel Partners, with a particular focus on opportunity and deal support.
- Be creative and innovative, and contribute to program initiatives and marketing activities.
- Accurate and timely updates of all opportunities and activities with SFDC, with provision of accurate and consistent forecasting throughout the Quarter and Fiscal Year.
- Prepare and deliver meaningful and credible business justifications and executive summaries to key decision-makers, including articulating ROI and total cost of ownership when required.
- Recognise customer business problems and drive/influence appropriate solutions and resources to resolve.
- Ensure timely and accurate communications to customers, particularly regarding problem resolution and pricing information and details.
- Be comfortable engaging with other internal functions, including Presales, PS, Marketing, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and Legal.
