* Manage and support our Network and Clinical recruitment activities, including taking briefs, drafting and posting advertisements, screening CV's, running searches and head hunting, supporting interviews as needed and conducting backgrounds checks.
* Promote Hearing Australia and opportunities we offer on social media and drive growth in followers on our company page.
* Design, deliver and improve the impact of Hearing Australia's e‐recruitment plans and practices and drive our Employer Value Proposition.
* Assist to improve candidate sourcing and attraction strategies for future workforce requirements.
* Establish and maintain talent pools for future organisational needs.
* Support special projects to improve the recruitment and selection process, or any other project related to Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth and robust process.
What You'll Bring
* Extensive recruitment experience in an internal recruitment/HR team and in-depth knowledge of online recruitment systems, in particular SuccessFactors.
* Ideally you will have worked with volume recruitment and possess excellent time management skills and a sense of urgency.
* High level of organisational skills with the capacity to remain focused on key objectives, whilst managing a number of key projects and activities.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to form strategic alliances with key stakeholders.
* Demonstrated problem‐solving skills, logic and sound reasoning with a "can do" attitude.
* Extensive experience in coaching and training managers and supporting our managers in recruitment and selection.
