About the Role: Reporting to the Supervisor/Manager, the Direct Care Worker (Community) will work closely with Community Health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team. What We’re Looking For: Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position. Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position. Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field. Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons. Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
