About the Role:
Key responsibilities include supporting, coaching and motivating the team to meet and exceed store targets. The ideal candidate will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training, act as Store Manager when required, and deliver memorable customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Support and coach your team to achieve sales targets

* Act as Store Manager when needed, including opening and closing the store

Requirements:
* Previous supervisory/leadership experience in a retail environment
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets/KPIs
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills
* Ability to provide constructive feedback to team members
