- Understand your customers' goals and link them with activities to enhance their skillsets if needed
- Use your influencing skills to connect your customers with employers and build employer relationships to secure employment

- Current driver's license
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance
- Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to employment
