Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre – Medicine Salary $58,709.00 - $63,154.00 p.a. (Pro Rata) ASO2| Part Time 22.5 hours per week – Contract Until June 2027 Join our Cardiology team as an Administrative Assistant today! About the role: As the Administrative Assistant, duties for the role will include: Provide a high level of administrative services to the Nursing Staff and Cardiologists Organise the Cardiologists timetables between public and private hospitals requiring liaison with other departments, health and tertiary educational institutions and scheduling clinics Coordinate arrangements for meetings and appointments Maintain departmental patient information databases Contribute to the maintenance of effective and confidential data filing and recording systems About you: Demonstrated ability to use initiative, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines Ability to work with minimal supervision Demonstrated experience in providing a comprehensive and confidential clerical and typing service to senior officers Demonstrated experience in the use of computer software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
