Clinical Support & Consumables Territory Manager – Surgical Robotics
An exciting opportunity has opened up for someone with hands-on theatre experience or surgical sales background to step into the world of robotic surgery.
We're partnering with a global surgical robotics organisation that is expanding its presence across Australia.
They are looking for a Clinical Support & Consumables Territory Manager to work closely with surgeons and theatre teams across Sydney hospitals.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical support and commercial sales, making it perfect for someone who understands the theatre environment and enjoys building strong relationships with surgical teams.
The Role
* Provide clinical support during robotic surgical procedures across multiple hospitals
* Train and support surgeons, theatre staff and hospital teams on robotic systems and consumables
* Manage and grow consumables usage within existing robotic accounts
* Build strong relationships with urology, gynae and colorectal surgical teams
* Identify opportunities to expand product adoption within hospitals
* Work closely with surgeons to ensure successful clinical outcomes and product utilisation
About You
We are open to two backgrounds:
Clinical
* Scrub/scout nurse with experience in urology, gynae, colorectal or robotic surgery
* Comfortable supporting surgeons in the theatre
* Interested in moving into the medical device industry
* Medical device sales professional with experience in urology, gynae, colorectal or robotic platforms
* Strong relationship builder with hospital stakeholders
* Experience supporting cases in the theatre is highly regarded
