Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Manage a small, tidy portfolio (120 properties)
* Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears & maintenance
* Conduct routines, entry & exit inspections
* Open homes and application processing (with team support)
* Maintain proactive communication with owners & tenants
* Represent at QCAT when required
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
* QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Reliable vehicle and valid Driver's Licence
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Professional, polished and confident communicator
* Passion for delivering great service and being part of a team
