Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documentation. Deliver insightful business advisory services, such as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Provide tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth. Collaborate with clients to build lasting relationships and ensure their financial needs are met. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent). A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in business services or public practice accounting. Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax laws and accounting standards. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
