Job Summary:
The Coordinator Assisted Living will play a pivotal role in facilitating the daily operations of our 24/7 assisted living facility, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support while maintaining their independence. This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will work closely with staff, families, and healthcare professionals to create a safe and nurturing environment.

Criteria:
* Cert IV in relevant industry qual and/or significant industry experience.
* Current unencumbered Driver's Licence
* NDIS Worker Screening
* Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in comprehensive assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of services for clients.
* Demonstrated expertise in the provision of services to people with Complex Support Needs eg, Challenging behaviours (behaviours of concern), High intensity medical needs
* Significant experience working in a community and/or disability setting/service (or similar).
* Knowledge and experience of working within marginalised communities with complex mental health, trauma, crisis and physical needs.
* Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness.
