Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Customer Service daily activities and projects including, but not limited to, all aspects related to materials, customers, vendors.
Receive and process customer orders, complete contract reviews of orders confirming receipt and full details with customer, advise of any customer variations to original order including price or stock availability.
Ensure all relevant customs and duties recorded with the sale of product are maintained as applicable with specific customers.
Prepare delivery requests with correct customer order information and communicate with third-party logistics providers to authorize delivery of goods.
Ensure delivery requests are processed promptly and accurately through confirmation of receipt and provision of Certificates of.
Analyze delivery requests and obtain signed proof of delivery forms from the store where required.
