The Role
Idle has an exciting full-time opportunity for a professional, energetic Baker to join our team of talented chefs and bakers. We are looking for Bakers who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of product and service in a state of the art kitchen.
* Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
* Mise en place and breakdown.
* Section management.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the bakery' concepts and menus.
* Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance.
* Work autonomously, as early morning hours will be an independent shift.
* Wood fire oven experience preferable, or must have an interest.
* Must be able to work early mornings and weekends.
