Managing Director – Sales What's in it for you?
This is a true general management role for a commercially mature leader ready to own outcomes, shape markets, and represent the business at the highest levels.
You will lead a genomics‑driven organisation across research and clinical sectors, with the authority to set strategy, allocate resources, and build long‑term capability.
Salary range will be between $300k - $400k base, plus superannuation.

Lead: Lead all ANZ customer‑facing commercial functions, including sales and service Own: Own full P&L performance, driving revenue growth and operational discipline Set: Set and execute short‑ and long‑term strategic plans for the ANZ region Grow: Drive accelerated growth in clinical markets alongside established research segments Shape: Lead and influence the genomics ecosystem within ANZ Align: Align commercial and non‑commercial teams within a global matrix structure Build: Build organisational capability across market development, medical, regulatory, and access Partner: Own government, key opinion leaders, and strategic partnership strategy for the region Advocate: Ensure timely access to global product launches and regional investment Develop: Recruit, develop, and retain senior talent and future leaders
