Beyond Travel is expanding. We are seeking a new part-time sales professional based in Brisbane. As part of our sales team, you'll help drive field sales and growth, while helping to support travel trade account management in Queensland

Who are you?
You are an experienced travel industry sales champion who consistently delivers results. You possess a strong customer service ethic, have attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You have a passion for travel and a positive, can-do attitude with an ability to pivot in a dynamic industry.
About the role:
Your primary focus will be maximising sales conversions, nurturing relationships with existing clients, boosting brand awareness, and identifying new prospects and growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities are as follows:
Develop and execute tailored sales plans for key trade accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth
Deliver training and product updates via in-person and virtual sessions
Onboard and support new advisors with structured guidance
Promote brand and product awareness through marketing initiatives
Manage brochure distribution and trade collateral
Track sales activities and provide insights to improve performance
Key capabilities & experience
5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or equivalent relevant Travel Industry experience.
Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of success.
Confidently manage your time and schedule effectively and professionally on the road and in the office.
Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft suites.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident public speaking abilities.
A strong ability to analyse data and apply relevant findings to business development strategies and initiatives.
Self-motivated and focused on achieving monthly and annual targets.
Proven collaboration skills with an ability to work independently and alongside a broader team.
