Job Title: Account Manager – General Insurance (SME New Business Focus)
Employment Type: Full-time
We are a boutique insurance brokerage specialising in tailored general insurance solutions for small to medium businesses. We’re seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive new business growth within the SME market.
In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering customised insurance programs. You’ll work across a wide range of general insurance products, liaising with insurers and underwriting agencies to ensure competitive coverage for your clients.
We’re looking for someone with a strong sales mindset, a client-first attitude, and the ability to work independently. You’ll need at least 2 years of experience in general insurance, ideally with exposure to account management or new business roles.
Key Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of general insurance products
* Proven experience in business development or sales
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or willingness to obtain)
