Job Title: Administration Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth coordination of customer enquiries, transport bookings, and administrative support across key operational areas.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and customer service skills. You will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing ad-hoc administrative support, managing purchase orders, processing and reporting for sea, air and local deliveries, coordinating all transportation requirements for customer deliveries and returns, handling credit and core exchange documentation, supporting the Quality team with relabel paperwork, and assisting the Credits and Core Returns team with inbound/outbound returns.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential)
