About the Role
As the Learn to Swim Development Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational management of our Learn to Swim program. You will lead a team of instructors, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive program growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the Learn to Swim program
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, sales, and memberships
* Manage class schedules, school bookings, and program timetables
* Coordinate and supervise Learn to Swim instructors, including training and development
* Prepare and manage staff rosters in line with operational needs
* Monitor staff qualifications, industry compliance, and child safety requirements
* Ensure all programs are delivered in line with child‐safe policies and procedures
* Handle customer and staff enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
* Assist with pool deck supervision and instruct classes as required
* Work collaboratively with marketing to promote programs and increase participation
* Monitor budgets and ensure financial targets are achieved
* Oversee equipment ordering and pool program requirements
* Identify and manage Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) risks
About You
You are a confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills. You enjoy working with people, especially children and families, and can adapt quickly in a busy environment.

* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
* Current Austswim Accreditation
* Current Working With Children Check
